This is my second Streamlight (I left the last one in a motel). It is simply the best (and last) flashlight. It is very rugged, bright & comfortable. It is just the right size & weight, and BRIGHT! It takes 2 AA batteries that last a long time & with 7 very bright LEDs should last nearly forever.
