Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 6 medium to small red potatoes 1 medium onion A good handful of fresh green beans 1 package dry onion soup mix. 1 tablespoon of flour 4 tablespoons of margarine/butter 1 Reynolds Hot Bag
|
Preparation
This camping recipe is easy. Diced the onions and potatoes as desired. Place everything into the Hot Bag. Make sure that you sprinkle the dry onion soup mix all over to avoid clumping. Fold the end of the bag a couple of times to seal it well. Then place the bag on a grill with the coals smoldering not flaming. Cook about 15 minutes on both sides. Do be careful when opening the bag to avoid steam burns. Very easy clean up and tastes great.

Ingredients
1 can of corned beef ( I bring a pair of pliers to open in case the key breaks) 6 large eggs 1 medium diced onion 1 cup of diced green peppers( or jalepenos) 1 cup of shredded cheese cooking spray 5-6 tortillas
|
Preparation
This camping recipe is easy. This meal works best if you can get two pans on the fire at the same time. First spray both pans with cooking spray. Saute your onions and peppers for about two minutes then add and crumble in the corned beef. Place the onions, peppers and corned beef into a bowl and set to the side. Then scramble all six eggs. After the eggs are ready but before they get too dry add in the onion/pepper/meat. While this mixture cooks over low heat put a tortilla in the other frying pan, heat for 30 seconds on each side. Then have everyone line up and serve everyone with a warm tortilla filled with the egg mixture. Caution everyone about the heat but let them wrap the torillas themselves ( won't hurt them to help a little eh?)
